RF & Microwave Division of Sahajanand Laser Tech. Ltd. provides a complete solution for the measurements in SHIELDED ANECHOIC CHAMBERS, RF Microwave Absorbers and related fields. The division is leaded by Dr.Kanhiya Lal (Executive Director-RF & Microwave Division) under the supervision of our Managing Director Shri Arvind L. Patel. The division is under continuous growth since 2007, started in association with earlier K.V. Microwave Materials have its genesis back in 1978. We provide an international quality product range. We supply our various products in India and abroad. With a dedicated team of scientists and engineers department is highly motivated to provide 100% customer satisfaction. The company provides solutions to scientific research institutes both private and government organizations around the globe. The major export hotspot for SLTL are the countries in Indian subcontinent, South East Asia, Middle East, Russia, China, Europe, USA, Canada, and Latin America. SLTL has carved out a specific position for its products in the Global market with in-house strong multi-disciplinary R&D team consisting of research scholars, engineers specialised in fields of microwave, software, electrical, mechanical and instrumentation. Meet Dr. Arvind Patel

Dr. Arvind Patel

Chief Managing Director

Science has made a huge impact on the early life stages of Dr. Arvind Patel. He has spent his childhood inventing new things and making them work in the most innovative manner. He has achieved high success in the entire career through zealous nature to cope up every hazard emerging in his entrepreneur life. The life story of Dr. Patel reflects a number of struggles and challenges that reflect their interest in science and technology. Interacting with the Community Science Center was the biggest transition from his childhood. Inspired by the parental hobbies of fixing electronics, he pursued his career in Electronic engineering.

Sahajanand Laser Technology Limited and Mr. Patel have bagged many awards and honors from Central Government, State Government, and many other reputed industrial bodies. In 2011, the company was awarded for the outstanding performance in Innovative Technology for new products for the medium enterprise. In 2006, it even received awards for product innovation during world quality commitment international Star Award, Paris.

The company also received National Research and Development Council (NRDC) National Awards, 2005 for laser invention-presented by Finance Minister Mr. P. Chidambaram Technology Development Board (Dept of Science and Technology, Government of India) National Award-2004 for successful commercialization of laser system developed through in-house R & D, presented by H.E. Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, President of India. Considering the contribution in Indian Laser Industry, Government of Gujarat honored the company in 1997-98 by prestigious award ‘Dr. Vikram Sarabhai Award for Young Scientists in the field of industry.

Dr. Kanhiya Lal

Executive Director

Dr. Kanhiya Lal is the Executive Director of RF & Microwave Division and responsible for most of developmental activities of the Division.

Dr. Lal did his doctoral and post-doctoral work on properties of composites as a function of its constituents. After post doctoral work, Dr. Lal started his work in the field of Radio Frequency and Microwave.

Through his extensive knowledge in the field he went on developing solutions in the form of microwave (radar) absorbers for various applications such as Anechoic chambers, antenna shrouds, matched loads, RAM’s for warships etc. In the year 2007, Dr. Lal joined Sahajanand Laser Technology Ltd. with an aim to increase his solutions outreach in the global market. Dr. Lal has made many Anechoic Chamber and supplied RAM’s for various applications in India and abroad including USA, Germany, France, Italy , Canada, Israel etc. Recently Dr. Kanhiya Lal was conferred an award for his contribution in field of RF Absorber and EMI/EMC by Society of EMC Engineers, India during Intl. Conf. on EMI&C ( INCEMIC ) 2018 at Bangalore.
